Game Converter (1M)

1986年金星電子成功研發成功Game Converter ，它是全球第一部Copy Machine ，Game Converter 主要用特製磁碟由紅白機盒帶遊戲轉到磁碟上，只要將Game Converter 插入紅白機Famicom再加上磁碟系統後，就可以玩到原本磁碟遊戲及盒帶轉磁碟遊戲。Game Converter 最原本是1M ，後期出現了魔界村遊戲是1M+256K的關係，回收1M Game Converter 再補加上256K。

麥高是香港第二間開發Copy Machine，初期麥高是抄襲金星電子Game Converter ，到後期麥高已成功制造出麥高產品，名稱為Game Doctor 1M / 2M ，麥高最成功是創造出名稱簡單易記，成功將Game Doctor打入每個遊戲玩家記憶內。所以金星也因為名稱而反抄襲麥高改為Turbo Game Doctor⋯⋯

Makko開發Game Doctor之外，最有趣是另一個新產品名為Game Master ，功能主要將遊戲可以記錄下可以改變結果。將打大型Boss下突然之間被殺，Game Master就可以按回沒被殺的之前時間，避開被殺，這樣會好容易打爆遊戲。金星電子都有類似的產品，但是Makko Game Master產品比金星電子做得更好～

MICRO GENIUS

80年代尾至90年代初由台灣晶技公司開發的，當年台灣已經可以生產任天堂紅白機PPU及CPU晶片，而香港得到台灣所出產的晶片，所以能夠翻版任天堂紅白機遊戲機。基本上任天堂遊戲機近99%遊戲都能夠玩。香港出售「小天才」有一段時間，價格都比紅白機便宜30%。

金星電子成功開發了Game Converter之後，因日本開發遊戲漸漸由1M增加到2M以上，所以有見及此金星不斷加大容量，加大了記憶體同時又要解決散熱情況。金星就將2M容量加至4M ，而4M Game Converter 改名為” Turbo Game Doctor 4+” ，4+就等於4M的意思。
